trainer has advanced certification in track & field technique, endurance training, and
strength & conditioning from USA Track & Field and the US Track & Field / Cross Country
Coaches Association. Moreover, he has coached athletes at every level from novice to elite.
We believe training works best when individualized and consistent over months and
multiple cycles. Our training programs reflect these core values as well as a commitment
to growing and reflecting with you through the training process.

Fundamental Plan:
• Individually-tailored training plan delivered weekly
• Plan designed after in-person consultation to determine goals, experience, and training
• Form & Technique assessment at start including video recording
• Drill, warmup, core, and stability exercises
• Online training log with coach monitoring and feedback
• Race-specific training considering course profile
• Email communications up to three times per week
