Shipping and Returns

Shipping

All in-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours from Greenville, SC via UPS.  An automatic order confirmation e-mail will be sent out for all web store orders.  Orders placed over the phone will include a store receipt with the shipped item(s).   Gift certificates will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service at no charge. Web Order Returns

Run In wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you feel that your expectations from our shoes have not been met, please contact us by phone at any time during normal business hours or e-mail at Returns@runin.com.

In order to send back a web return via mail, a return authorization number must be obtained from Run In.  Contact the store by phone or email BEFORE sending back a package.  Products received at the store without prior contact or a return authorization from Run In will not be processed – no exceptions.

At Run In, we will give you a complete refund, store credit or exchange on anything you purchased from us that has not been washed or worn (shipping costs not included).  Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date on the receipt and in the original packaging.  There will be a 20% restocking fee for items returned in packaging that has been tampered (i.e. shipping labels on the shoe boxes).  We highly recommend you insure the package as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

As soon as we receive your return item, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.  Please be aware that it may take 4-5 days to arrive back to us pending your preferred shipping method, plus another 7-10 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Please Note:

·         No refunds after 30 days of purchase – no exceptions.

·         Returns after 30 days receive store credit only.

·         No returns after 60 days of purchase – no exceptions.

·         Shoes must NOT be worn outside and be free of any dirt and/or debris, returned in their original packaging, and in new condition.

·         While we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of returns within a twelve-month period may limit your eligibility for a refund.

·         Run In reserves the right to apply a 20% re-stocking charge of the purchase price. Reasons for a re-stocking fee are at the discretion of Run In but may include: damaged packaging, or damage to the items due to improper care.

Returns after 30 days from the date of purchase are at the sole discretion of Run In.  For full credit, items must be in new condition and must be returned with original packaging.  Please call or e-mail before sending any merchandise that does not fall within the 30 day return window as stated above.

For your convenience, online purchases may also be returned directly to the Run In store location in Greenville, South Carolina.

Defective Merchandise

We fully guarantee that our merchandise is free of manufacturing defects.  But if you believe your purchase is defective, please contact us.

·         All defective merchandise is subject to inspection to determine if the issue is a result of a manufacturer’s defect, normal wear and tear, or misuse.

Exchanges

We fully guarantee that our merchandise is free of manufacturing defects.  However, if your purchase is determined to be defective we will give you a complete exchange upon request.  Defective items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and include an original receipt.
